DAY 1 - SIEM REAP
On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner at the Embassy Restaurant, an exclusive fine dining experience unparalleled in Siem Reap. (D)


DAY 2 - SIEM REAP
After a typical Cambodian breakfast at a noodle stall, explore Angkor Archaeological Park. End the day with a relaxing sunset cruise in a gondola paddle boat at Angkor Thom while enjoying cocktails, champagne and canapés. Tonight dine at the renowned Sugar Palm Restaurant. (B)(D)

DAY 3 - SIEM REAP
Travel to the temple of Banteay Srei, considered one of the best-preserved temples in Cambodia. Continue to the country home of Chef Kethana to learn how to make various dishes that are served at his Sugar Palm restaurant. This afternoon, experience a walking tour around Kompheim village. This evening you will uncover hidden treasures favoured by locals to sample some of Cambodia’s lesser-known cuisine. (B)(L)(D)


DAY 4 - SIEM REAP - BATTAMBANG
This morning visit Siem Reap’s food markets and street food stalls, before heading out on a scenic drive through rice paddies and temples to Battambang. En route stop at Prasat Phnom Banan Winery, Cambodia’s only commercial winery. This evening, enjoy dinner at Jaan Bai, a social enterprise restaurant established by the Cambodian Children’s Trust. SIEM REAP - BATTAMBANG

This morning visit Siem Reap’s food markets and street food stalls, sampling food along the way, before heading out on a scenic drive through rice paddies and temples to a village known for a quintessentially Cambodian dish. Continue by road to Battambang. En route stop at Prasat Phnom Banan Winery, Cambodia’s only commercial winery. There is opportunity for wine tasting including a red wine that is a blend of cabernet and shiraz, a brandy and ginger juice. This evening, enjoy dinner at Jaan Bai, a
social enterprise restaurant established by the Cambodian Children’s Trust. (B)(L)(D)

DAY 5 - BATTAMBANG
Explore the historic centre of Battambang, beginning at the lively local markets. Try some of the award-winning coffee at Kinyei Café and stop for lunch at Lan Chov Khorko Miteanh for some hand-pulled noodles and handmade dumplings. This evening, enjoy an evening snack food tour by bicycle. (B)(L)(D)


DAY 6 - BATTAMBANG - SIEM REAP
Stop at the Ancient House located in Wat Kor Village and learn how they mill their own rice as well as understand the betel leaf ritual. Continue through picturesque countryside to visit artisanal producers, many of which have been making their product for generations.  This evening, visit Asana Bar for a Khmer cocktail lesson. During this fun informal class learn about Khmer herbs, spices and roots, the basic principles of making cocktails, and how to prepare and mix a cocktail. Enjoy dinner at the riverside Chanrey Tree Restaurant for some of the most refined Cambodian cuisine in Siem Reap. (B)(D)
